Bromley
I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor
of Business Administration. After working as a financial corporation
CEO, I retired early to pursue a life of interests and fun.
Although I was always interested in diving I did not become certified
until a friend lost a diamond ring while pleasure boating. I found
the ring!
I was certified as an Open Water Diver in 9/1985, a Rescue Diver
in 3/1989, and Master Diver in 6/1994 with a number of Specialty
Certifications. In March 2002 at the age of 60, I became certified
as a Divemaster, PADI # 181861
I have dove the Caribbean, the Atlantic, the Pacific, Lake Michigan
and numerous inland lakes. I have over 375 logged dives with over
240 hours with a maximum depth of 210 feet. I have logged dives
off Aruba, Bahamas, Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, Cozumel,
Cenotes in Akumal, Singer Island and numerous Fl Keys, Roatan and
Utila, Ambergris Cay, Lighthouse Cay and the Blue Hole, Bon Aire,
Barbados, St Thomas, St Kitts, Nevis, Saba, Dominica, Cuba, Costa
Rica, Kauai, Bimini, St. Lucia, Truk, Yap, Palau, many with multiple
visits and most trips done through the travel services of the West
Michigan Dive Center.
I have been an underwater videographer since 1986.
I have been a customer of the WMDC since 1985 and have enjoyed
the growth, the atmosphere, the staff, the changes in technology
and now being on staff. Most of all I enjoy meeting and assisting
with students in all the various classes. Seeing the students learn,
grow and having fun all at the same time is exciting and immensely
satisfying.
